  3. Opportunity for HOA members to speak

  4. Opening of ballots for Bylaws and Recreation Association provided at least 80 ballots have been received. If not enough ballots have come in by the time of the meeting, the opening date will be extended and members that have not sent in ballots will be encouraged to participate.

  Ballots were mailed October 6th with Bylaws, Recreation Association explanation, ballots, and stamped addressed return envelopes. Please respond as we need at least 50 percent participation.

  There will also be ballots at the meeting on October 21. If away from home and your mail is not available, the HOA website will have a copy of the documents. Print the ballots, fill out, scan and email to: admin@panoramicheightshoa.org
